Producer, Songwriter, Musician
First Note Entertainment
A lifelong fan of music and the frequencies in between, Andrew Rudd has an innate ability to hear what others don’t. “I remember listening to Michael Jackson as a kid and playing back each song over and over to be able to identify and appreciate all the parts”. Growing up in Sydney, Australia, Andrew’s journey to now Nashville began in Hong Kong, performing in a dinner theatre house band. It was here in Hong Kong where Andrew met his other half in music and in life, Australian/Canadian, Victoria Boland. They went on to become the duo “AndrewVictoria”, independently releasing their self-titled EP. They received songwriting nods from industry heavyweights such as Dale Kawashima, who credited the duo as a “promising pop/rock, singer/songwriter” duo with Rudd “playing all the music tracks and expertly producing the cut.” “AndrewVictoria” fast gained success in Canada, winning the National Intel Canada Superstars Competition, as well as appearing in the Top 40 of Canada’s Got Talent. AFM’s International Musician Magazine featured them as an emerging artist and they were named as Finalists in the UK Songwriting Contest. After multiple cross-Canada tours and stints in Europe & the Caribbean, it was back in Canada where “AndrewVictoria” won a 24hr songwriting contest, meeting Canadian Idol Brian Melo, who would eventually join the duo to form a new band “Apollo’s Crown”. The band began taking songwriting trips to Nashville, eventually deciding their futures lay in Music City. They moved down to continue writing full time and to begin recording their debut album with Grammy-Nominated Producer Dave Brainard. Although the project was never released, their catalog of songs continues to receive cuts with emerging North American & Australian artists. Having already known Tommy Jackson from performing at First Note Entertainment live shows, Andrew began working with Tommy in a new capacity at First Note. Years later he continues to develop and produce First Note catalog and artists, while building traction in the world of sync—now with multiple placements on national television. While some would say he has well and truly earned his stripes, Andrew believes he’s only at the beginning of bigger things ahead.

Billy Decker was born on August 28, 1967 and raised in Nebraska. He received a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska and then went on to be the salutatorian at Full Sail Center for the Recording Arts in 1992. After honing his skills all over the country for two years in various studios, Decker landed in Nashville where he has been working ever since. He’s mixed 16 Billboard #1”s to date - most recently Dustin Lynch’s “Riding Roads”. Decker has mixed for such notable artists as Sam Hunt, Chris Young, Rodney Atkins, Dustin Lynch, Parmalee, Colt Ford, Darius Rucker, and the list goes on and on. Decker also mixed George Jones’s last album before he passed. Billy Decker made history in July of 2014 when Sam Hunt became the most added new artist of all time. Decker works in a unique way. “I mix really fast. Most of my mixes are finished within an hour. To be able to do this, I use a lot of templates in pro tools. Instead of spending two hours EQing a kick drum I can do it in thirty seconds, because I have set up templates for the album that outline all the basic parameters for each instrument. I can then work on fine tuning - working on the entire mix, rather than focusing on individual adjustments. It’s a good way to work. It’s fast efficient and most importantly it’s fun."

New Me, LLC
Ellee Duke is an American Artist, Songwriter and Entrepreneur. Blending real life stories with original, quirky pop beats, Ellee Duke has a gift for expressing complicated feelings in an accessible, vibe-setting way. Ellee got her first Billboard #1 with a song she co-wrote called “Craving,” a 2019 collaboration with Arty and Audien. She’s also written songs for Walk off the Earth, Lukas Graham, Alexander Stewart, and Ali Simpson, and is currently CEO of her own label, New Me, LLC. Ellee's core values of integrity and empathy afford her a loyal, eager audience, garnering 100k+ monthly Spotify listeners, millions of views on TikTok, and 5+ million streams internationally. Growing up in Salt Lake City, Utah, Ellee dreamed of becoming an artist from the age of 5. She began penning her own material right away and by age 17, had hundreds of songs. This propelled Ellee straight to Nashville where she found early success with major labels and publishing deals. But as a young woman in an industry that demands an ideal from you, finding yourself is close to impossible. “Throughout the years I really lost myself trying to be what I thought other people wanted. Being in the music industry at such a young age, I fell into this mindset even deeper.” Ellee chose to embark on a journey back to self, and quickly found healing in being an independent artist and songwriter. Now with multiple tours and releases under her belt, Ellee is taking the music world (and TikTok) by storm as a creative, executive, and role model. 2021 found Ellee at the Superbloom Music Festival, after touring with Rachel Platten, and LeAnn Rimes. Also the winner of the National Durango Songwriting Contest, Ellee was featured on five Spotify Editorial Playlists in just the first month of release. With a fresh outlook and untold experience, Ellee is writing her most vulnerable work yet. She’s been focused on building a healthy, loving relationship with herself and is ready to divulge to her fans just how she made it out of the dark. “So many of us struggle to figure out how to exist in a world that constantly tells us how to live…I want to show others [that] anyone can become the person they were meant to be by living authentically.”

Harold Shedd
Country Music Icon
Industry Executive, Producer
Harold Shedd is one of the most prolific and successful producers in Country Music history. With countless awards and some of the biggest sales ever by a producer, his behind-the-scenes presence launched and guided careers without seeking the spotlight. With an unprecedented 21 consecutive number one hits, Shedd took the unknown group Alabama to the top of the charts. Shedd applied his Midas touch to other artists, as well. Although Reba McEntire had earned top 10 singles, it was not until her collaboration with Shedd that she earned her first gold album, for 1984’s My Kind of Country. Shedd signed Billy Ray Cyrus whose album, Some Gave All, was the first debut album to enter the Billboard Country chart at #1, ultimately going multi-platinum and included the hit, “Achy-Breaky Heart”. Shedd signed Toby Keith who’s first single “Should’ve Been a Cowboy” reached #1, becoming the most played country song of the 90s. Since, Toby Keith has become one of the most successful musical artists, country or otherwise, of all time. Harold also signed Shania Twain, whose debut album ultimately went platinum, launching the career of the all-time top-selling female country artist. Harold also produced albums for Glenn Campbell, Mel Tillis, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and Kathy Mattea.

Often times in hip hop, sonic trends dictate the course of popular music, so it’s always refreshing when an artist emerges with his own distinct style and point of view. The multitalented Deraj has played by his own rules, offering his listeners a diverse musical palette that unabashedly spans alternative, hip hop, trap, pop and rock. His empowering messages and passionate delivery are consistently relatable as they encourage triumph, faith and overcoming all obstacles. “I always want people to feel encouraged and not to be defeated by their internal dialogue and life struggles,” he says. “I want people to feel like they are enough and have what it takes to conquer.” Deraj’s personal style and artwork compliment his music, driven by his background as a brand strategist. It was actually his arts background that landed him a job as art director for Reflection Music Group. When the label learned of his rap skills, the artist who began rapping at nine years old was offered a spot on the roster. The DMV-raised, Orlando-based performer released several top performing songs with over 17 million Spotify streams. However, even with this label success, Deraj decided to transition to fully independent to begin his journey into songwriting for TV & Film. His unique, well received sound has resulted in placements on with brands such as Marvel Studios, Google, Call Of Duty, Samsung, NBC, ABC, and more. His achievements stress the importance of artists being bold enough to find and develop their own unique voices, ultimately helping to advance the culture.

Songwriter, Co-CEO
Sail Away Songs, SongTown
Marty Dodson was born in Apple Valley, California, and moved around for several years until his family settled in Nashville, TN. Growing up, he was intimidated by the sheer number of people coming to Nashville to become singers or songwriters. So, he went to college and earned a degree in psychology. After working ten years as a youth minister, Marty decided to change careers. Trouble was, he didn’t know what he wanted to be when he grew up. He fumbled around for several years, doing odd jobs and trying to decide on a direction for his life. Finally, a book he read helped him realize that what he REALLY wanted to be was a songwriter. He had run into Gordon Payne, a member of the Crickets, while working one of his odd jobs. Gordon helped him re-write one of his songs and demo it in a Nashville studio. Marty was hooked. He threw caution to the wind, quit the other jobs and began writing full-time. Ten #1 songs and more than 150 cuts later, Marty has become one of the most accomplished writers in Nashville with notable hit singles such as ""Fire It Up” by Joe Cocker, “Everybody Wants to Go to Heaven” by Kenny Chesney, “Must Be Doin’ Somethin’ Right” & “Let Me Down Easy” by Billy Currington. His songs have been recorded by numerous artists including: Blake Shelton, George Strait, Carrie Underwood, Rascal Flatts, The Plain White T’s, The Oak Ridge Boys, Don Williams, Johnny Reid, Billy Ray Cyrus and Big & Rich. Marty’s self-professed “greatest achievement” in his songwriting career to date was knocking artist Psy (“Gangnam Style”) out of the #1 spot in South Korea and winning “Song of the Year” honors for South Korea and all of Asia with his song “Bounce” recorded by Cho Yong Pil. Marty currently resides in Nashville TN with his wife Candy and is the owner and writer for Sail Away Songs.

Timothy Bloom
For anyone questioning where music good music has been and where it’s headed, there’s a guiding light on the horizon: Timothy Bloom. The route Timothy has traveled to get to this point has been just as diverse as his musical style. Born in El Paso, Texas and raised primarily in Fayetteville, the artist is the third of five children born to pastor parents. Timothy was introduced to various cultures and lifestyles when his father’s stint in the army stationed the family in such varied locales as Germany, Alaska and Oklahoma. Because secular music wasn’t allowed in the house, a teenaged Timothy—the self-described “rebel” of the family—began taking his parents’ keys and sneaking into the car to scan the radio dial. He’d also discovered girls. “I wanted to write love letters and poems and sing to the girls I had crushes on,” he recalls with a laugh. “That’s what inspires me,” he says. “People are yearning for stories and songs that will fill their hearts and souls. That’s what we escape to when we can’t outwardly express ourselves. If you want to be happy, dance, cry or even be angry, it’s all in the music.” With geyser-like force, Timothy’s pure, natural talents as a singer/musician are gushing to the surface by way of self-titled album simply “Timothy Bloom”. Timothy’s past accomplishments also show how diverse his music talents are. A few years ago Timothy came out with a groundbreaking song and video titled “Til the End of Time.” The buzz over the Internet was huge, it was the iTunes “Single of the Week” release week and charting on Billboard at #91. But Timothy’s talents extend to songwriting and producing as well. He has written and produced for Motown Legend Smokey Robinson as well as writing and producing Grammy Award Winning Songs for both Ne-Yo (“Say it” on Because of you) and Chris Brown (“All Back” on F.A.M.E). Most recently, Timothy has produced for artists including K Michelle, Diana Ross, Post Malone, with a 2023 Grammy Nomination for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album for “Thank You” with Diana Ross. Although today’s music industry likes to pigeonhole artist into distinct categories, Timothy strives to break the norm and just create amazing music.

      Recording EngineerBilly Decker
      Ellee Duke
      Artist, CEONew Me, LLC

      Marty Dodson
      Songwriter, Co-CEOSail Away Songs, SongTown
Marty currently resides in Nashville TN with his wife Candy and is the owner and writer for Sail Away Songs.

      Timothy Bloom
      Producer, Songwriter, ArtistTimothy Bloom

Artist, CEONew Me, LLC

Humble – Only one of the many words that describe Onreé Gill. Talented, and entrepreneur are also amongst the list. This legacy, son of a musician, is destined to bless the world with his multi-talented abilities. He has taken the music industry by surprise and added to it a balance of R&B, Gospel, Jazz, and Hip Hop – His own visionary style. A New Yorker – Prodigy in his own right – taught himself to play a variety of musical instruments such as: Drums, keyboard, and bass guitar, just to name a few. Onreé later went on to Mannes College of Music to further his studies and perfect his craft. Like others before him, Onreé’s beginnings can be traced back to the church. Where he says most of his inspiration is drawn from. “To thine own self be true.” says Onreé. “I always knew that I would end up in the music business.” Onreé admitted that he was hooked the first time that he stepped into the studio with his father. Onreé's insatiable passion for the industry has taken him to new levels and afforded him the opportunity to work with an array of artist such as: John Mayer, Eve, Missy Elliott, Kelly Price, DMX, Sean “P Diddy” Combs, Stevie Wonder, Gwen Stefani, Lenny Kravitz, Carlos Santana, Eric B, Anthony Hamilton, Angie Stone, Big Daddy Kane, Naughty by Nature, Dez, Iyanla Vanzant, James Hall & Worship & Praise, Jade, Patra, Bono, Arturo Sandoval, Paul Simon, Julian Marley, Damien Marley, Usher, Angelic Kijo, Adam Levine, Snow, Sade, Jay-z, Prince, Beyonce, Will.i.am, David Foster, Quincy Jones, Alicia Keys, and many more. There is still more to come from this electrifying sensation. Whether it is in the areas of Music Director, Songwriter, Producer, or Composer – the sky is the limit – and Onreé is willing and able to take it all on.
                Timothy Bloom
                Producer, Songwriter, ArtistTimothy Bloom

Recent projects include the Netflix series “Love Is Blind”, “The Ultimatum”, "Perfect Match", ”Last Chance U”, "Wrestlers" and “Cheer!” along with MTV’s hit series “Siesta Key”, “Love At First Lie”, and “Cribs". A native of Chicago, Jon studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston and is a graduate of the University of Florida.

Marty Dodson
                      Songwriter, Co-CEOSail Away Songs, SongTown

                        Ellee Duke
                        Artist, CEONew Me, LLC

                          Artist, CEOSee & Hear Creative

                            Onreé Gill
                            CEODotted Line Group

                                Artist, CEONew Me, LLC

                                    Recording EngineerBilly Decker

                                    Artist, CEOSee & Hear Creative

Percy Bady is one of the humblest giants the music industry has ever experienced... Often referred to as super producer, a term reserved to describe the very elite in modern music production, this term typifies GrammyTM, Dove, and BMI Award winner, Percy Bady. Timothy Bloom
                                      Producer, Songwriter, ArtistTimothy Bloom

                                                Timothy Bloom
                                                Producer, Songwriter, ArtistTimothy Bloom
